Parallel Path Method Animation

Animation of Parallel Path Method in Operation.
Liquid near the gas orifice is held in place through surface tension,
but when the liquid surface comes into contact with the gas stream,
the gas stream imparts energy to the liquid,
breaking away some of the liquid and tossing it into the gas stream.

The gas stream also interacts with surrounding gas and causes some of the surrounding gas to be drawn into the gas stream
- this process is called Induction. This gas flow across the liquid helps draw the liquid into the gas stream.
